Instructor-based, “hands-on” training prepares anyone to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies.
It teaches the knowledge and skills needed to provide care for victims of sudden cardiac arrest.
Through the lecture, videos, and hands-on practice, you will be able to respond confidently in emergency situations.

Main Skills and topics include:

• Adult CPR
• Child and Infant CPR
• Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Adult and Child Choking • Infant Choking

*Upon completion of this course, a Certification Card good for 2 years shall be issued.

Meets the 2020 American Heart Association CPR and ECC guidelines, the International First Aid Science Advisory Board, and exceeds the requirements by Federal OSHA for the designated workplace responder.

All classes are taught by Certified Professional Instructors such as Nurses, EMTs, and Paramedics.
