Are continuing education credits available?
Yes, we are a BRN CE Provider, offering continuing education credits for healthcare professionals where applicable.
What is the difference between initial and recertification courses?
Initial courses are for first-time certification and are more comprehensive. Recertification (renewal) courses are shorter and designed for those whose certifications are expiring or have recently expired.
Do you offer both morning and evening classes?
Yes, we offer both morning and evening class options for certain courses like BLS to accommodate different schedules.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested earlier than 7 days from the classroom start date. No refunds are provided if cancellation is within 7 days of class start.

Yes, our instructors incorporate real-life emergency scenarios and experiences to make the training more meaningful and memorable.
What happens if I need to reschedule beyond 30 days?
If you need to reschedule beyond 30 calendar days from the original class date, the payment may be forfeited.
