- Full Refund Eligibility: Complete refunds are available only when cancellation is requested earlier than 7 days from the scheduled classroom start date
- No Refund Period: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the classroom start date
- Rescheduling Policy: Courses may be rescheduled up to and including the day of the class without penalty
- Rescheduling Timeframe: Rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 calendar days of the original class date
- Payment Forfeiture: If rescheduling extends beyond 30 calendar days from the original class date, the entire payment will be forfeited
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
- Emergency Exceptions: Medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
